Willow began his musical endeavor back in the 4th grade. It was just a hobby back then until the 8th grade when he felt that he’s progressed in ability, knowledge and style. His goal was to be a producer, but life indicated differently. Willow began to write and perform his own songs.

His focus was on creativity. He didn’t want his songs to blend in with other hip hop artists. He wanted his to stand out from the rest. Mixing this drive with his knowledge of electronic instruments, Willow developed a truly unique style. I call it electronic hip hop/rap meets classical.

Willow’s new single “Pop A Few Off” is off of his new CD by the name of “Clear For Take Off”. This songs premise is about what he can do to bring hip hop back to its glory years when it was fresh and extremely unique. By listening to his song, indications show that he’s there already. His mixture of vocals, lyrics and that hip hop sound, caught the attention of the masses. It has a poppin’ beat, with a quick tempo and good energy. It’s definitely radio friendly and it’s a great song to listen to, to bring your spirits up.

This song is a clear representation of Willow’s other songs. They are carefully arranged and performed to bring maximum effect to his audience. Some of the songs which are instrumentals show a talent that hasn’t been tapped into yet. Willow found that niche and ran with it. Perfectly done! This is a surefire CD and would recommend purchasing it.
