For many years, the members toured in their old band name of Fandangle, pulling in over 1,500 shows in the past few years alone. They were also hand picked to be a support group for artists like Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, Zebrahead and others. After a slight change in the groups’ original line up, they emerged under their new name, New Riot. And out they went again, on tour around the UK and more. They are booked right through summer of 2010.

That doesn’t stop the masses from listening their newest single, “No Blood”, from their new CD, “RIOT.SLEEP.REPEAT”. The single’s name shows the determination and strength needed to take control of one’s own life. It tells all of us that no matter what you are seen as to others, you can only be yourself – who you are – as an individual. Listen to “No Blood”. You hear a little bit of Green Day in there, but truth be told, New Riot has created that brand sound which only they can own. They are exciting to listen to, your body just begins to move on its own, you dance uncontrollably, it’s a delight to your senses. Bravo to New Riot for bringing this outrageous music to America. This song, as are all their songs, have incredible radio appeal, they are memorable in the market of today. One of their unique aspects to this group is the use of horns and guitars with powerful vocals and anthemic choruses. It’s hardcore punk with a kick, if that’s possible!

This new CD has been released digitally in North America with a physical and digital release in Europe and the UK.
New Riot CD, “Blood, Sweat and Beers”, which was released in 2009 (with the original member line up), is also available under their initial band name of Fandangle.

After a two week UK run with [spunge] in 700-1000 cap venues, the band embarked on an April headline tour and is currently set to do a bunch of European festivals over the summer as well as club shows in the UK and mainland Europe in late summer/early fall. There are plans to book some US/Canadian dates, but none have been formerly announced at this time.

New Riot is currently utilizing A & R Select based in West Hollywood, California, USA for a record deal, licensing, publishing and/or placement opportunities.
