There are many definitions made by the experts about what a project and project management is and how to deal with project in management perspective. I agree most of the definitions and want to add my point to it as well. My point is that anything related to business is somehow people focused. I mean there are much kind of businesses and corporations in different types and they do business with people or business to business. However, the organizations are put together by the hands of people and people who are concerned are related to the meant business in the relationships in the different departments of entities. Being said that everything is people focused that that is true. In colleges and universities we the students are taught about the different perspectives of businesses in business administration departments. However we are not taught about the relationships of people and communication in different atmospheres, by all means the people skills. People skills are valued by many managers and directors in today’s business environment and the importance of it is increasing. This has to be taught not only in business administration department as well as in other departments too because all the graduates are eventually get a job in the business environment and they have to deal with people. There are many books published about the relationship problems among the employees and managers. The very cause of it is that the employees are lacking in people skills and hooking themselves up in different relationships. This is affecting their performance, their colleagues’ performance and their organizations’ performance eventually. In our day to day relationships with other people, there are conversations and there are motives behind the conversations. We only have a conversation but do not know the real motives that drive humans to do whatever they desire in their relationships. Spirituality Motive Thinking Perception These four characteristics of human drive their behavior in their life. Motives that motivate people in what they decide to do or behave. For example, a motive of a student is to graduate and find a job that would drive the student behavior and help to plan to get the desired position, by all means a trigger in behaviors. Spirituality is also very important that in our nature there is something that pushes us to believe in something. This is in our nature. Without the spirituality there is no human being. It also gives remorse that s the scale of our doings that are bad or good. There is remorse in every human being. Thinking is also another important characteristic of humans who is the only being on earth to have this ability, that’s why we rule the world. Thinking is so strong that is the core concept in decision making and relationships. Perception is also important in lining the priorities of what we should do in our lives.
