WORLD WIDE WEB, March 23, 2010 (FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) —
From the ashes of old comes the long awaited debut EP "Autumn into Spring" from the highly anticipated band LAST NIGHT'S DISASTER. This five piece band with Jeff Wyles on lead vocals, Jay Connelly on guitar and vocals, Dan Steinlicht on guitar, Chad Sherman on bass, and Andrew Madison on drums will be releasing their new EP nationwide on May 11, 2010.
With members having shared the stage with acts such as Sevendust, Powerman 5000, Alkaline Trio, Jackyl, Psychostick, Earshot and Future Leaders of the World, this power driven hard rock quintet has collectively been playing music for decades. With the help of their growing fan base and the management team of DRM Entertainment, the band is running hard to bring the world the music it deserves. Last Night’s Disaster, with the help of the hard working Erik Nelson at Eclipse Studios, who has worked with acts such as Mudvayne, JoJo, and many more, is on the v erge of not only breaking into the rock scene but taking it over.
The theme of the EP underlies the changes that Last Night's Disaster has gone through over the year, the biggest of which being the ‘switch’ of lead singers and adding a guitarist . It was this that allowed them to thrive off the new opportunities presented to them, to explore fresh sounds and develop their musical style. The EP was recorded at Eclipse Studios in Illinois, and it's creation was supported Erik Nelson and his team.
‘Autumn into Spring’ reveals the stunning array of influences that have found their way into LND music. With the hard hitting sticks of Madison, smooth hitting riffs and solos from Connelly and Steinlicht, Chad Sherman's bass groves that will hit you in your face, and the emotional vocals from Jeff Wyles that leave you screaming for more, LND is well on their way to the top of the rock charts.
The EP will be launching soon, and fans are encouraged to visit LND on Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter for everything you could want to know about the young group. As well as checking out the first single and title track, you can also sign up for the mailing list to receive news and information about upcoming gigs and new releases.
